Yardly is a local marketplace platform. Users are responsible for listing accuracy, transaction conduct, and compliance with local laws.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by third-party providers. Fees, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling follow the subscription and payment policies shown in the app at time of purchase.

Prohibited behavior includes fraud, harassment, abuse of rewards systems, and attempts to manipulate platform trust features.

Yardly may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or create platform risk.
